Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else leaves our warehouse within 24 hours.

Standard tracked delivery takes 3–7 business days within Europe and 7–12 business days for the rest of the world. Express delivery arrives in 1–3 business days where available.

Tracked shipping is included on every order. Express is complimentary once your basket reaches €60.

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Where import duties apply, they are calculated transparently at checkout.
