Returns & Refunds

Try your Shapely pieces at home for 30 days. If the fit or feel isn't right, contact info@shapely.website and we'll arrange a free return label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of your parcel arriving back with us.

Exchanges for a different size or colour are free and shipped as soon as your return is scanned.

For hygiene reasons, items must be returned unworn with their original packaging and hygiene liner intact.
